National Poetry Month: Who Is Your Favorite Poet?
As a child, I loved reading Shel Silverstein’s Where the Sidewalk Ends (& all his others, too!) and If I Were In Charge of the World by Judith Viorst. To be perfectly honest, I love them still. But I have to admit that, as an adult, I’ve not given poetry the attention it deserves. My challenge to myself this month is to read a book of poetry.

All You Need Is Aqua Love Notes
I don’t know about you, but I have my best ideas in the shower. I review books in my head and come up with what I think are the best descriptions of what I’ve been reading. By the time I get out of the shower and get dressed for the day, I completely forget my train of thought.
I told my husband several months ago that I saw these waterproof note pads online and that they would solve my memory problems! Then I forgot about them.
