I know, I know… I am so very late to the party, but I am now fully on-board the Hunger Games bandwagon. I resisted for as long as I could, but the good reviews just kept rolling in from fellow readers I respect a great deal. So, I listened and bought the trilogy.
Last week (yes, just last week), I finished Book 1, The Hunger Games, and can’t believe I waited so long to start this series. I loved it! And what incredible timing I have, since the movie comes out today and I have tickets to go see it this weekend!
It’s already Tuesday again and I can’t believe how fast this month is flying by. We’re only two weeks away from Thanksgiving and some quality family time. If you travel over the holiday, you might consider carrying eBooks with you to lighten your luggage and avoid those pesky airline fees. Over the last few weeks, I’ve found myself reading murder mysteries, spy thrillers and psychological suspense novels to the exclusion of all other genres. It was time for a change of pace, so on Sunday, I picked up Love Story, by Jennifer Echols.
She’s writing about him. He’s writing about her. And everybody is reading between the lines.
Love Story is a young adult contemporary romance novel. Set at New York City College, this is the story of Erin Blackwell, who grew up on her grandmothers’ racehorse farm in Kentucky, and Hunter Allen, her stable boy.
